This is partly why games get delayed these days. Some developers are pushing the envelope of what games can achieve and it shows/pays off in the end. Can't wait to experience CDPR's next game.
I know, but Dark Souls and Uncharted will be all-consuming for me haha.
Right before the crazy good month of April arrives! Nice.
And No No Kuni 2!
I'd take a closer to perfection game at release from a master dev than some half-baked p.o.s. that we've received from some other studios.
Cerny/Sony was still involved with developing the APU though, figuring out how those componenets would work together in the best way possible.
That's strange. I have a day-one PS4 and mine doesn't make any sound. I still have day-one controllers too without any breakage on the rubber analog sticks. Guess I got lucky haha.
Yeah, but it could be licensed out. I mean, the Killzone SF engine was used for Until Dawn, so, anything like that can happen.
A lot of Sony 1st-Party devs already use their own tech/engines...
4k resolution on your 30" monitor? lol. And besides that, Driveclub still looks better than any racer I've seen on PC to date. Why? Oh, because resolution =/= everything. In fact it doesn't equal much at all. It's great that you can see things with extra sharpness on your PC though 😉 Just won't be able to play this beauty at any resolution on your PC because it's not on PC.
Driveclub is damn beautiful, period.
@tolis
resolution =/= graphics, at all. This coming from a PS4/PC guy btw.
OT - Ubisoft has lost my trust for the most part, so I refuse to get excited for this game.
Such a killer list. Going to be EPIC indeed.
Yeah, it's pretty cool. Sony trusts their developers because they know that creativity and love for their project results in the best games. Sucks that ND's Jak & Daxter reboot wasn't working out though.
Or perhaps just going into more detail about the possible story arc, gameplay and/or engine tech. I feel like if it gets 'announced' it will be during the keynote.
@above
Just beat me to it haha.
Have you even played Bloodborne? This is Dark Souls through-and-through. Yes, they made tweaks, but they're not even close to being the same. LOVE both games btw, and DSIII looks to take all the best aspects of every game FROM has done in the Souls and Bloodborne universes and put it into one game. Uber hyped.
This is just an SSM collaboration game. I still believe they will surprise us with their own new in-house developed AAA game announcement tomorrow at PSX. OT: I like the concept of this game, and the visuals look great. Can always use more well-done platformer games.
This is going to consume so much of my time. Looks amazing.
Going to be a massive week. The Game Awards tomorrow (hopefully better than recent years) and then PSX Saturday!
Knew that comment was coming. The game looks auite nice, especially considering it's scope/size. No complaints here. The only thing that worries me is the dlc component.
