Considering a gun in the right hands in that school could've saved lives I think this is a terrible idea. This makes it sound as though it was the guns fault when it was clearly a unstable persons fault. I feel bad for the children and teachers that died that day but I wish at least one of those teachers was trained and had a gun on them.
Greenlight doesn't allow any Indie title to enter Steam it just lets the community choose which sounds like a good thing till a bunch of great not really known Indie games get no votes and don't make it.
Well for one Xbox Live is relatively cheap even more so when you have the family plan split between friends which is $25/year per person.
The same people that complain about the price of Xbox Live have phone contracts that cost them $100 a month. Xbox Live is still no where close to the cost of a average paid MMO but we'll see where it goes in the future. I don't see Microsoft making Xbox Live a free service anytime soon.
Actually I'd like to see indie sales between both Xbox 360 and Steam. Steam sells a lot of full games but not as much Indie games.
Actually not as much as it used to be but Steam's new greenlight voting system is now forcing indie developers to compete with larger developers. On top of that unlike the larger developers who only have to get a game through once the indie developers have to do it for every game on Steam.
