What do you mean butthurt as I am allowed to be a fan of insomniac and not of Microsoft. I personally don't want to buy am xbox one and I am a massive Insomniac fan. So I personally feel pissed of that I have supported all their great game and they went and fucked off to the competition.
I think you may find that they have probably caused more damage to their fan base than the amount this game will sell and gain. I think think they have gone and dug their own grave.
luckily I have TV on the wall so I don't get any issues with glare from it. But I can understand if it does cause problems for some but I have not heard any complaints from any friends I only ever see it on the internet.

Both bits confused people the name caused people to think it was for the wii and the tablet most people didnt really understand what it was for.
They could have a clause with MS that says if they don't get above 1 millions sold they can port it to other systems. The other could be MS doesn't want to pay for the lost revenue they had in the contract with EA due to low sales so they have torn the contract up and let EA port ot to PS4.
I have it on PC and still dont think its that great anyway. But at least my mates would have something else to play as BF4 is to laggy and Ghosts is just shit.

Your pretty bang on about it being the family friendly console and the price was just too high. With regards to the controller I think kids break things and I wouldn't buy my kid an expensive touch screen unit. £40 controller is not bad to replace but something $100 upwards is no no. As you said kids fight over the controllers and the wii was great for co-op.

This is exactly how I feel about their console and the price for worse hardware. They need to remove kinect and drop the price to under £300. Personally £250 should be the correct amount. This is one of the reasons I have not bough a Wii U yet either when its priced at £250 just to much and should have been around £150.
I think they should dump the Wii U tablet, release zelda and drop the price to £100 to $150 and I think people will start buying it.

Pretty much what I thought resistance mobs and some r&c platforming and weapons in it and team fortress look. I think DR3 looks more interesting than this.
The problem comes is that Microsoft choose to say there would be no difference between the consoles. There is only one company that can put this to rest about resolution but they don't.
Resolution does make a big difference in games but its not the only thing that contributes to a games success. They should be making a big deal the hardware that has been released last year should be capable of 1080p without a problem that is why it is brought up so much as well.
There is some game play on game informer. Has not grabbed my attention really. I did find there quote kinda odd since they went exclusive with xbox one.

Same as. really love Insomniac games but I will not be buying xbox one console. So I will just have borrow my mates one if he buys the game.
Your making an argument that resolution should not matter but it was Microsoft that released an underpowered console. Why should the devs have to make a choice between the two when they should not have to. This is only the start of this gen and so far the xbox one is already having to downgrade games just to play on it. We still have another minimum of 5 years of these consoles.
So its microsoft that is ruining the games we love not the developers.
They could have gone with that setup but they could have the had a bottle neck with 2gb gddr5. At least in current format it could last the whole gen where they can adjust how much ram The gpu can use. The other way you suggest could bottleneck them even sooner of teams started using more vram than is ram.

Timed exclusive and exclusive content is absolutely crap simple as and I dont think any of the console makers should do it. All it does is piss me off not just at the console maker but the game developer as well as I get to lose out on content dependent on the console of choise. 1st party exclusive is a completely different kettle of fish.

I have supported franchises for years due to who makes the games. I am not sure why people get excited for IP's that are made by completely different companies. Like Gears and Halo now done by 343 and black tusk. Like Remedy give Alan wake to another company and having no input I would probably avoid the game.
They better not start with this type of stuff otherwise I will definitely not purchase their console in the future.
I want incentives to buy there console not to take away games from the current one I have otherwise they are just going to alienate me.
