And it's PLAY-to-win, not PAY-to-win, as you only pay for cosmetic changes to your characters. Every weapon/etc can be bought using the in-game currency that you collect, not real money.

So does this game have ANY resemblance to BattleTanks (1 or 2) on the Nintendo 64? I know next to nothing about this title, but really loved battle tanks.

Adding to what Immorals said, I know people who still think the Xbone has all the drm-things (always online, pay-to-play disc on another console, etc.) still in-tact who don't even know about the 180. To the average person, Microsoft hasn't gone out of their way to really ADVERTISE that they've dropped these chains. That's definitely hindering.

It's a bi title of course it outsold the ps4. I love my ps4, and I don't even have a wii u, but with a release this big, how is it even a surprise? I expect the same with Smash Bros.

Maybe time travel is involved? So that he can go to many different areas from each game? Time Travel has been used quite a bit in Zelda (Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, Oracle of Ages, etc.)
