I have NEVER received this kind of thing and I've been on PS since the ps1, I've bought MANY MANY games, bought plus since it first came out, been supporting the HELL out of Sony... where's my 10?! Wth Sony?!
Probably will soon. Currently, PSP/PS1 backups are not working, but this will likely lead to a sandbox'd PSP emulator, as well, meaning, PS1/PSP backups will happen. I'm sure in the near future. It's not a matter of "if", but "when".
Also, not sure if the PS1 will have sound to it... I really don't know. That was the issue within the PSP emulator. I believe the sound worked when using a PS1 game as the base game for an exploit.

Second, NO it is not FULLY "cracked" (as you say) at this point. We have access to a large amount of the system, but not all of it, as of yet, despite this leading to a huge possibility>
