I know the subject is not a favourite here on N4G, mostly because its SONY's weak point this gen, but since this is a sales article it is relevant. PS2 totally massacred GameCube in terms of console sales right?? But did you know Nintendo made alot more profit than SONY last gen? I kid you not.

Here's my simple question, what does Apple have to do with this?? We all seem to agree that mobile/iPad gaming will never take over console gaming and is in fact a totally different market right? So why in the world are people using Apple prices to try and justify this horrendous pricing??

Sometimes I feel like SONY could announce that they were installing new doors in their offices and N4G would light up and everybody would cheer and high five each other declaring how awesome SONY is.

Official PD site still sits on 6.370 million sold-in (sold to retailer/shipped) so i guess they haven't updated it in almost a year.

I wish everything was plug and play. I had to learn what an IP address was because of this gen of consoles. Subnets and open NATs and DNS addresses did not exist in my vocabulary until I tried connecting to xbox live via my laptop and my nokia 5800.

Teasers are great when a product has yet to be formally introduced or announced and are great for building up hype and anticipation. We've known about VITA for months now, there's no point teasing something thats on the verge of release, people already know of it and right now all advertising should be showing the meat and potatoes of the device.
