It's a pretty weak rumor I'd say... Kojima (or Ito) doesn't own the rights to Silent Hill, of course they could pay Konami to use the IP but given how badly and bitter the breakup between those two was, I'd say it is impossible... for now.
(I'm seeing a slightly change of attitude from Konami the last year or so, I think they realized just how badly the shoot themselves... but still)
In any case, I'm not convinced that Kojima is the right person for ...
It isn't a list on Dreams creations, but on games in general. Dreams is on the Best List, and Metro Redux ( is on steam and switch and xbone) also The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance, and Hardcore Mecha all of those are on the worst list...
If you are going to dislike so firmly an article on any site, you should at least - I won't say read it - but at least, at the very least take a quick look at it. Just an advice, no hate

If it has vibrant colors and cute graphics is not violent, so parents let their kids play this. Some of them wouldn't let them play COD or Battlefield (not that you can compare those with this), but here is just a humanoid rabbit thing

I believe they will compete, for a while at least, like they did this gen. Releasing games I mean, the first year of the Xbox was decent I guess, then they just couldn't keep up the pace.
