It seems like some people are trying to make things seem worse than they actually are. With the way PS4 is selling and all the good news from devs left and right and infamous being an amazing game , some insecurities are taking there toll on the Xbox team and they really really need something negative about ps4 to hold onto or all hope is lost.
They are saying what most pal have been saying for a while now , when games start relying more on gpu compute the gap will widen between the consoles.
Yes like someone has already pointed out , the only thing history has shown us is Sony always beat MS. It's nothing to do with power otherwise it would be the trend we see but we don't.
Ps2 vs Xbox = Sony won with weaker hardware.
Ps3 vs Xbox = Sony won with more powerful hardware.
So far all we can see here is Sony wins

Yup I mainly pc game but Diablo plays a mile better on console than on pc.

That's the thing the frame rate sucks , I bet you the "screen shots" aren't really screen shots they are full motion 1080p video , it's just the fps is that low it looks like screen shots

What ever helps you sleep at night I guess , but the gap is not even close to getting smaller , the performance gap is bigger than we all thought look at infamous , Its open world 1080p solid 30fps and best graphics so far , compare that to the Xbox one best graphics game Ryse which is linear 900p and is mostly below 25fps sometimes even less and graphically inferior to infamous. Exactly , infamous has the best graphics so far on console and does it at a solid frame rate and 1080p. Easily the best so far easily.
Actually Opie Winston killzone was the best looking game , and was recently over taken by second son,and the best thing is second son has THE BEST console graphics so far AND good game play. Ryse was not impressive at all besides the main characters model everything else was average and some was terrible like reused models over and over again, all the while playing below 30fps and 900p.
Tho I love all the final fantasy games besides the abortions known as ff13 and sequels, the thing that set 10 apart from the others was the voice over narration imo. Hearing the song "to zanarkand" always fills me with a happy nostalgia feeling that is equal to only a few other games.
Yeh there is something about being on the edge of your seat in fear with no rest, silent hill was like that too. These sorts if games really need breather rooms just so you can calm down and get ready for the next onslaught imo.
