Meh, Nintendo has had some utter failures don't forget. See Virtual Boy and also GameCube wasn't a huge hit either and PS1 was far more popular than N64 afaik. Wii took off because it wasn't something new but only really casuals got into it.

They really should. Soon enough Sony will own so many studios it would be ridiculous not to own a PS3 or even a PS4 whenever that comes out.

Lulz. I've mentioned that we'd see at least one lawsuit article because of all this. Just go back and check any of my posts on this issue...been saying it for days :) People always out for some quick money these days.
I can't really think of anything I hated about the game. None of the issues in that article really bother me at all. Not sure why they said dated graphics. Looks fine to me on PS3 and even better on PC.
Seems odd watching a trailer of a game that came out 13 years ago.
The terms "hardcore" and "Nintendo" haven't gone together in a long time. I don't see that changing given how much they have pulled in from the casual market. I used to be a huge Nintendo fan but somewhat gave up on them a while back and more specifically when the ps1 came out.

You think hardcore gamers will flock to a Nintendo system? I doubt people will leave gears, halo, uncharted, etc etc for super mario hd, starfox hd, kirby hd, epic mickey hd etc
I don't own an xbox but I think it's a great idea if it were free for gold members. It would also add some justification to all these people who complain about paying for the service. I don't have cable because it's mostly crap but if it came to XBL and was free, what's wrong with that? Er btw, why does the link just go to a forum thread? Doesn't seem very credible
