Buy one used. I picked up a 4gb on craigslist with 4 games, a mic, and 2 controllers for $140. Sold all but 1 game and a controller and put it towards a 250gb HD for it. Ended up paying $40 for the HD.
MW2 at least played online, Blops is an utter mess. And really this has nothing to do with that. FPS always sell better on 360. Battlefield 3 is another example. 360 has more than 2x the preorders.

I was thinking the exact same thing when I heard the price.
