1080p 60 fps? that would require a powerful console
Sleeping Dogs was an amazing solid game, good from beggining to end. Not too long, plenty of action, characters had personality, graphics were slick. I'd put it #2 next to GTA5. As for open world, every chapter of the game brought you to a differnet side of Shanghai, blended well as other games make you feel like you just entered a different room.

The digital version is compatable
The latest icenhancer says it's compatible with all versions. The previous version I have had seperate folders for 1.4 and 1.7 real easy to instal. Just copy and paste, make a backup copy of game and original vehicles cause they're corrupted mod files on the net.

to be fair, graphics, resolution and frame rate are pretty horrible. My eyes were practucally bleeding playing this game on console
