Got Project Cars and Assetto Corsa on a steam sale, Forza Horizon 3. I could of got 2 really nice pairs or runners instead of wasting my money

I'm playing this game maxed out on PC so it's gotta be a console thing for people to believe this game is graphically perfect. Screenshots are either filtered or up scaled. The first city looks terrible and the cars look bloated with little detail. Plenty of bland textures and generic low res structures. But then again it could be issues with the port.
