It feels like KH3 was on a tight budget, they had plenty of time to implement Star Wars and Marvel not to mention the lack of Final Fantasy characters. Mabey DLC will play a bigger part.

GTAV has drip feed DLC meaning they release 1 piece of the DLC per week, I'm sure they will find a way to implement that into 2K20
