Sony is doing the same thing with the PS4.Its being said now all PS4 will ship with a new eye toy.Its just the way things are going.Plus if microsoft records you after you turn the kinect off entirely then its a lawsuit.Also you have to agree to being recorded.Just dont agree to it and use the camera for video chat and whatever you feel like using it for.
