Sony barely bans people, I always here of people getting banned on Xbox and some times they do nothing wrong, like the people who are playing GTA V, if you received a copy of GTA V in your mail, who the hell would not play it>
It is only the Xbox 360 version, I have been searching tons of GTA V videos( couldn't help myself) and the Xbox 360 version would just lag so many times, hopefully a patch can fix it.

Some people live in areas where internet isn't possible and wow they won't have access to indie games, yeah because there are NO games except for indies, I didn't know there were only indie games and you couldn't go to a store and buy retail games /s. And no game updates aren't required for most games, for Forza 5 is the only next-gen game I know that requires a patch to actually work.
I guess the rumors about the Xbox 360 version of the game is true, the game is lagging really bad, at 9:45 you can see that lag. And if you check it is the 360 version.
yeah lol xbox 360 is waaaaaay more easier to hack, I know tons of people that have hacked their Xbox 360 but never met anyone with a hacked PS3.
