You can google all of this NarooN lol and Dooms 1993 multiplayer was eventually made available through the DWANGO service. It didn't come with the game + it was HORRIBLE, anyone who actually played it can tell you that.

Playing over the net way before the 1999's huh ? I guess that's y the original Doom had local multiplayer only in 1996 because Dial-up online connections or even broadband at the time were not good quality AND CS did start as a mod but Valve made an official release of the game and that game was the first to run flawless online. Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six in 1998 was the first true online game but it had its problems, CS came and fixed that.

Summons plz don't ever comment again lol, first in COD you don't pick up guns in different locations(at least when I used to play it... 4 years ago). Second, real multiplayer's started on PC, the first fps to have online was CS in 1999. Third, PC has the hardest fps with 0 aim assist.
