It’s crazy how people always think every event needs to be some massive exclusive bangers after bangers when it’s state of play. They’ll literally tell people in advance what to expect at state of play and people will STILL get upset because they created some fake expectations for announcements that were never going to be there. People play themselves then blame others.

Exactly. People worry so much about graphics and not the game itself. The fact Nintendo shadow dropped a Metroid Prime Remaster AND the fact that it’s more of a remake rather than remaster is what’s incredible. Also, the fact they didn’t attempt to charge $70 for it, or even $60, is what’s even cooler. $40 for, basically, a remake of Metroid Prime. It doesn’t get any juicier than that.
It’s like film grain and motion blur.
