so I called a couple weeks ago and complained about my drive being bunk on my system (which is one of the older ones) and was able to talk them down to $80.00 to repair it because my warranty was expired (by 3 weeks). I called today and mentioned this article and asked if they planned on doing any sort of recall and magically my system was still under warranty and will be fixed for free. kick ass.
I'm not surprised by this at all. If anything, now it's official. A second and possibly third sequel have been in talks since the game came out.
I don't see how its taken out-out-context at all. he's pretty much saying you have to sit there as still as possible with the controller for it to be an enjoyable experience. In the marketing for the wii and sixaxis it's all about being interactive and moving around, and now publishers are saying you have to "well-behaved" what does that even mean?
There seems to be so much negative hype about the PS3 and now publishers are calling the controls "messy"? Man, this isn't looking good.
The reason they didn't bring God of War II to the PS3 was because they didn't want to focus all of their resources on programming and technical issues rather than the gameplay... so why are they bringing this to the PSP? Think about it, do you think you can pull of the same insane combos on a PSP as the PS2? I think its physically impossible, but thats just me.

yeah on paper this sounds fine and dandy, but we'll see which games actually get released for the holidays and which one's get delayed. I'm betting Tom Clancy's End War won't be out until spring '08 at the earliest.
