Depends on the game modes you play. If you play Attrition, PvsP, or Amped Hardpoint you'll get into a game almost instantly. Game modes like FFA and CTF can take a while.

I'd rather have a texture pack. Even on Ultra settings the game isn't much of a looker.
It's obviously going to have a few solid months, especially if they start pre-orders after E3. Though if it's priced higher than $399 I don't think it'll provide even close to the boost the XB1 S did them. It's still the same system playing the same games.
You could use that same logic for XB1. Almost every XB1 exclusive since launch has had it's own bundle.
The downplay is real. Only Nintendo has exclusives that sell 50% or more of the install base. That's because they get very little 3rd party support. Even the highest selling multi-plats aren't doing those numbers.

Objectively yes the PS4 won. Higher hardware and software sales, more exclusives, higher rated exclusives, and became the VR leader in 3 months.
Considering the amount of hype the game had, it was disappointing. Same can be said with No Man's Sky, even though I personally enjoyed it.
Downloads and installs do take forever from Win10 store. Easily 60%-70% slower than Steam.
It's been up. Even when is was down, it wasn't effecting everyone. Won't complain about free skins though.
