You have to take into account you're watching off screen footage recorded at 24 fps. Also you've obviously never seen 10 fps if you think that's was it looks like. It would look more like a flip book at 10 fps.
I couldn't even play FH3 for nearly 8 months it was so bad. It still takes any where from 5-10 minutes just load up to this day. Apex ran great though. As a matter of fact Apex and GeOW 4 have been the only Win10 releases, so far, that weren't a mess at launch.
I didn't have any issues with the demo. Definitely nothing any where near as bad a FH 3 at launch.

*Native 4K. "True 4K" is marketing lingo BS Microsoft came up with reminiscent of "the power of the cloud" . According them anything that outputs in 4K is "True 4K" so the XB1S also does "True 4K".

My console auto downloaded 4.75, but didn't install it. I just went to network options and manually downloaded 5.0 version 5.
Must be doing this to help bolster player count next time they mention it.

Apex was free. There are so many options on PC when comes to Sim Racers. Also 99% of the people I know refuse to buy any game that restricted to Win10.
