VGC is always off regardless who's leading. XB1 was under-tracked for February and over-tracked the every other month, while the PS4 has been under-tracked every month since it launched.

Not sure how it's a "huge win". Even if devs take full use the ESRAM it's still not as powerful as the PS4.
