You kids could argue about timed exclusivity or whatever... all I care about is that Bioware is making another game. All their games have been freaking TOP NOTCH!
People are getting pissed off without actually reading the article. Games like Killzone, Resistance, and Uncharted are not games full of new ideas but games that borrow immensely from other games.

Just to end this whole sales vs. shipped argument. ALL COMPANIES REPORT SHIPPED or SOLD TO RETAILER!!! There is zero evidence that says sold to consumer. And it's pretty silly to think that companies like Sony would use any energy or money to find out how many were sold to consumer.

There was a time when the name Playstation was the KING of gaming consoles. Both the ps1 and ps2 destroyed every other gaming console with ease. The ps2 had a market share of around 80%. I guess some of you have not seen the recent gameplay videos of Battlefield 3. It destroys everything with ease. I can't imagine anybody here that thinks KZ3 looks better than BF3...on the PC of course. I always said KZ3 has great particle effects that cover the nasty low res textures and overall blurry look of the game. Over rated is an understatement. Lots of games look better than KZ3.

Socom is arguably Sony's Halo at least in the fanbase department. It has a huge following. It's surprising not seeing Sony putting more effort in this game. The amount of lag and horrible hit detection in the first few SOCOMS was notorious. The "pros" used these flaws to their advantage, like hiding inside boulders being able to shoot but not being able to get hit. Sony missed a giant opportunity on making SOCOM a next gen giant.
