Really good find, thanks
Wanted Tabula Rasa in there too, perhaps I'll do a follow up if people want it.
"Changing" and "Going down hill" are two different things. DLC = Money, Money = more investment in gaming. The same can be said for online passes.
Its a roundabout which will get more and more complicated but in the end this had to come. The piracy and sharing the previous generation of gamers did have pushed it this way, not the companies themselves.
You'd do well not to offend the hardcore CS fans out there. As a side line though - CS did "Invent" fps esports and is probably one of the major reasons these other games developed the way they did. Don't forget your roots!
@InTheLab It was a genuine question, I think if you read what I said again I enjoy both aspects, teamplay and winning and will play both games accordingly.
While I agree with you, is winning what you are playing for? Or are you playing to enjoy the game?
I'll get both games, and play both games differently. Good time for gaming?
Don't write off BF3 because of one map, technically you have seen no team play or squad based cooperation yet. That's the whole point of Battlefield! Agreed DICE picked the worst map to use for Beta but the game will not dissapoint!
Nothing short of boring
4.3 looks like a positive change with features people have been asking about for years. The game is far from over.
She looks like an alien.
What a mature and well stated comment, I'm actually stunned haha.
The minor bugs are a real issue at the moment however, we have about 8 people in Ventrilo playing together nightly in different groups and they are running into the same issues time and time again. This project and these mods will certainly help.
I wonder how this will translate to PC users and Steam?
Added assassins creed, thanks mate.
Modern as in, the repercussions of its release are affecting games 10 years down the line, modern games defined on a model which was being developed before Switzerland joined the UN.
And I completely agree, if you read the article you would see that. Your points however - are the issue.
I think they are just aiming mostly for the port over of DOTA players to DOTA2. Also the genre is not new any more and most HON and LOL players will be able to adapt much quicker now.
Well that EULA is the problem with games like Minecraft. Which is why its not on steam.
Not many things will look worse than black ops..
Hard to find the balance between not giving away spoilers and helpful hints.
