I'm with you brother. The crap quality and terrible technical issues they release their games in finally took me far enough. AC3 was the last game I will ever own that says "Ubisoft" on the box. Oh man is it fun being on the outside looking in though. I LOVED the time during Watchdogs release. I laughed and laughed and laughed at all of the rage. Heres to Unity being almost as "good" lol. Screw Ubisoft.
You laugh. I don't think many people buy a Ubisoft game expecting quality from a good developer or a complete game. So you go in knowing its going to be broken and unfinished. Enjoy it for what it is. I like it, but I refuse to buy their games.
It wouldn't be a Ubisoft game if it was well made and complete.
@ starchild fanboy? I used to love AC games...I bought all of them until AC3. The quality of their games on top of the yearly release cycle is what turned me on them. Look at all their recent games..especially if you play online. Are they good and complete games? Or are they rage inducing for people and time after time they are broken and need 53 patches to fix and they just stop cuz the next game is about to come out. No standards as a dev or a company. Anybody who is open to buying any Ubisoft game is an idiot. You literally have to have ZERO standards to buy anything with their name on the box. After AC3 I said never again. Skyrim was a major let down coming off of Oblivion. Yeah there were some improvements like combat and the better third person view. But Oblivion is a superior game on so many levels and what the heck was with the Dark Brotherhood in Skyrim? Talk about dropping the ball.
Look at other games from the developer. or even better look at the multilayer stability and technical issues from previous games...especially watch dogs and other AC games. Paints a picture that makes this unsurprising.
