I played the demo and im sure the legs do come off and the zombie starts dragging through the floor.
Black Ops was the one that really sucked MW3´s campaign was alright and it as a pretty kickass end mission.
Then Heavy Rain is the same thing according to your logic.
Heavy Rain choices end up being the same. You take a similar course of action during the whole playthrough like Ethan being captured by the police in different situations that end up exacly the same way.
These games have choices but that wont realistically change the whole game in a whole, these choices are just there to give more flavor to the game than simple talking cut scenes.
