I'm a big Doom fan, and I did like Doom3 but Doom64 ( specific the last level) was really "knee deep in hell". I miss that feeling, got your adrenaline pumped for a massive battle.

the conduit has 5 more month or so for polish, since the game looks ready now they can fix all the little issues.

Beside the conduit, no one has announced a fps that will be like HVS offering. I am sold on the control alone. I'm a control hog lol!

3.0ghz 4gb ram ( ddr2),NVIDIA SLI 2x 8700MGT (G84) SLI,300gig, vista ultimate, that my laptop and I can't say I have really any problems playing high end games.

If that's your desktop, that's sweet. I was thinking of building one also and use win7... still not sure, might run warhammer online ( RVR is crazy) much more smooth. I want to see someones set up first before jumping into it. Vista just made me paranoid.

I'm more SF fan, tekken did one thing SF didn't. 3D fighting with no projectile ( exception of course to certain toons).

I remember at the arcade doing King's ultra killer grapple combo, was sweet. Playing at home on PS systems just didn't feel the same. I like the tekken series but it's been feeling a little void. Maybe they should do console exclusive like soul calibur with special characters.

BTW Paul is my man ( please don't say he's gay )I look at him as the bad ass 1 hit KO fighter.

it doesn't have Street Fighter IV, MGS4, Gears... the list goes on. But every system has a lot of good offering that people can be happy and be happy to look forward to a lot more.

We can't have one system to rule them all, then devs and system manufactures will get lazy. We need this wheel to keep spinning

One thing I never really liked about FPS, throwing a grenade. Normally you would need to switch weapons or where it will explode becomes an issue.

The aiming and how far becomes a lot of guess work, and when you're under heavy fire you don't have time to be worrying about that. Seen this video and it's so smooth how he's just man handling the mobs and throwing grenades. I don't think the A.I will be that much of an issue, you clearly have have more control over the game than play...

that is the only system with no price cut nor killer app yet. It's still outselling the ps3 and 360 combined with no software yet( for core player).

This article makes no sense to try and say "Wii is the only console to show negative growth over the last week". How much do you want a system to sell weekly with no real software?

The DS has been through this also, obviously it didn't have a bad economy to boot but that little white box has sold for a long tim...

Popped in gears, COD4 and gave them a go ( again) they are fun but the fact I have to use my thumbs to aim is annoying.

Checked the HD FPS games like KZ2 and others and you'll notice one thing,people tend to play stiff and you can't blame them since they have to have a steady hand when you rely on aiming slowly with your thumb. <...

they gave LBP a 10 so your "edge hate anything that is sony.FACT! " must be not true then?
