I've been agaisnt this since it was shown and mentioned, why not Tekken vs some other 3D base fighting game.
The fun of tekken is to side step and a hell of a lot blocking in the lower legs zone. This just doesn't look right. Street Fight didn't do well in 3D base fight and if they are using the SF engine then Tek will suffer.
3D vs 3D and 2D vs 2D keep it simple. Tekken vs Soul/DOA/Powerstone... who knows
give me Capcom Vs SNK 3...
maybe they need to classify JRPGs in the turn base genre.
WRPG like ME1 & 2 are more like 3rd person shooters with rpg elements ( town/city/npc etc) but the battle element totally is 3rd person, they added exp... but when I think rpg, i think games like this, ff, DQ. Guess I'm just used to the JRPGs.
they could just leave the wii around for the casual market as they will just buy it and play bowling?
I think the system can stay around for a specific group (casual) bring the wii price down to 99$ or 125$ and leave it there and have those 3rd parties pump junk out as the new system get's real love. win win hehe
imo we wont see anything until E3 2012 for winter release, 2011 E3 will be all 3DS software, maybe new Nintendo home console but I have gut feel...

Sony keeping the ps2 alive for profit is their business but it's not part of this gen maybe trying to make it piggy back off the others.
