Based on your comment, it seems you might not have had a chance to play the game yourself and are perhaps basing your opinion on what's circulating online.
Just like how some people love pineapple on pizza while others see it as blasphemy, games can evoke a wide range of reactions. Everyone's entitled to their opinion, and it's totally okay for us to have different views on what makes a game enjoyable.
That's a solid way to measure a game's worth! :)
I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your time with Skull and Bones for a good 80 hours before reaching your limit. I guess it's coincide with the factory grind. Now it's much better with their last update.
Thanks for sharing your viewpoint!
Haha, if only they had paid me, right? I wish, but they did not :)
But in all seriousness, I've been playing Skull and Bones since the closed beta, as I mentioned in my review, and I genuinely enjoyed it.
It's just my personal take on it. And whenI read review with others from the gaming press, I noticed that many critics have spent far less time with the game, sometimes around just 10 hours.
If you dive into my review, you'll see I'm not shy abou...
Oh boy, I forgot about Unreal Tournament! Such a good idea!
Yes there is many indie solo dev that works on UE5 'remake' which are doing a great job.
Like OverJump Rally - remaster of Sega Rally 2.
And Shenmue, that is entirely remade by a dev in UE5 as well.
In fact, one of the biggest advances in UE5 is the 'ease' with which content can be created.
Take a look at this video from 3:50 onwards, showing how the engine automatically generates the scenery.

UE4 wasn't capable of that at this level. And the devs had to resort to all sorts of tricks to make quality procedural.
UE 5 greatly ...
It's still early days, most of the games that have already been released under UE5 were started under UE4.
The devs are going to get to grips with this new engine, and come up with some great games.
Same, really waiting this one!
Hi,
Yes you indeed nailed it, it's hard to compete with bigger gaming websites, even if I believe, smaller websites like us and many are still more passionate than bigger media.
Indeed nobody like being attacked, but you re right, and we had to do better a better job. I'm gonna forward your feedback to the writer.
We will be definetely works to improve that.
Thanks for the feedback mate
Hey,
Thanks for your feedback, and sorry to have irratate you, that's indeed not the intention here.
We will forward to our editor, and update it.
We are a small team of gamer passionate, it's not AI generated content.
Unfortunately, it's what we think as well.
Yeah, sad, but most likely the correct outcome.
Someone hasn't been paying attention and did not read the article. :)
Art of Fighting...We are going to have a Fatal Fury, we can have hope for this one too :)
Onimusha and Legacy of Kain! Excellent choice.
I would add Shenmue indeed.
Wise choice ! :)
We hope we are wrong on that!
Yes, many more, but making a list limit to 10 is quite difficult this year!
You can add Zelda, and we have the trifecta!
Wow, you sure have some strong opinions about X-Plane 12! And thank you for pointing out the typo on Volanta, it's corrected as other small typos that crept into the text. some others.
We understand that everyone has different preferences when it comes to flight simulators. Happy flying! 🛬🚀
I was hesitant to put these two on. I've personally played more PSO than the RPG version. And shame on me, I don't remember much about Shining Force to talk about it properly.
That said, so many Sega licences deserve their place in this list.
