1. Sigma - nice choice. I agree. But seeing which characters were announced lately, I think Zero will be the MMX rep, since X was deconfirmed.
2. Sagat - Zero chance. And he wont translate well to a fast paced fighting game.

4. Zangief - he has a good chance of getting in, after all there's no Capcom grappler.. yet.

Weak 2011 for 360. Only good games are Forza 4 (lolololol, nobody will care about this except for 360 owners once GT5 is out), Gears 3 (Killzone 3 will handle this) and that Crytek game. Lets not forget some casual games for Kinect.
Meanwhile the PS3 has Ico+SotC, a compilation of two epic masterpieces from the previous generation that is more than enough to be a GOTY contender next year.

Whoever at Capcom is in command of finalizing character designs should get fired. Some alternate costumes in SF4/SSF4 are just terrible. Even some of the upcoming DLC ones.
