But we play better games than PC gamers. The only argument that PC gamers had for a long time was Crysis, but nut now they can brag about Battlefield 3 for 5-6 more years. While we play Uncharted 3, Dark Souls, Tales of Xillia, The Last Guardian, Gears 3, Starhawk, FFVsXIII, etc.
He was talking about FFXIII. FFXIII is the least liked FF game and no one asked for a sequel.
Namco-Bandai tried to o the same thing for the PS3, they made great franchises with the PS1/PS2 and tried to side with the 360 by creating a few exclusives for the 360 in Japan. Unfortunately for Namco-Bandai their games failed miserably and realized that the 360 was not a wise choice for RPG's in Japan.

Why? It’s unfortunate, but that’s has happened many times in the past. As long as the vision is the same and the majority of the team is working on the games, hopefully the final product will be awesome
