Why? At the store I used to work, for some reason MS stop the pre-order before the PS4's. It only last for about two weeks or less as soon as the next gen were announced, then about three or four weeks later we got the email gave us the ok to continue take pre-order for XBONE.

That's not true. Sure both PS4 and Xbox1 pre-order are fill now. But xbox1's pre-order was stopped way before PS4s and the number was like 3(PS4) to 1(xbox1) ratio.
It felt like they either didn't have enough supply and they know it or they try to crate the demand for it.

True, but this time PS4 is more affordable compare to the PS3. Not only that, it got great review from the third party developers, media and the fans at E3. People are more aware of this time compare to the PS3 and some of my friends(hardcore xbox gamer/supporter)as well as other people I know from work are thinking about switch to PS4. That tells me SONY is doing right ...
Think this way, by paying for online gaming. Sony will be able to provide better online service and features. Is a win-win.

GameStop is $100 down, Bestbuy is $25 there are no limited spot for preorder of PS4, but there is limited spot for Xbox one.

Yes, however, hardcore fans will still support their favorite company and products. Some of my friends said Sony did great job at E3 and PS4 looks really cool, "BUT" they are still going to get the xbone day one not PS4.
Now I'm a Sony fan myself since the PS1, and even if I'm not a fan just a gamer, I'd still pick PS4 for it's price, feature and used game policy.

Is not double standard, I believe most fans, gamers would prefer continue to play online for free, which is the case with Vita and PS3. Nothing is changed.

I agree with you. I don't understand the logic behind it. I, myself own a vita and work at retail store. The compalin I heard from most vita owners is that there aren't enough game for them(physical disc, not the downloadable ones) and I have to agree with them. I wish there are more vita games then what we have now.

That's not accurate, I bought a lot of games on PSN or at retail store.
I've bought every Sony console or handheld. If what you said was true then I shouldn't receive it but I did.

With Playstation Now on it's way, I can't wait to play some of the PS3 games on my PS4(LOUS, GT6, etc.) so I order mine, I think $99 is a very reasonable price.
