Yup, that's happening to me, as well. Plus, I own the PS4 disc version, so it constantly downloads the PS4 file, even though I already installed the PS5 version and have been using it.
And I had that same issue downloading everything (expansions and DLC) individually before I got the entirety of my game to work.
TL;DR: beautiful, looks great, but had pretty big issues across multiple platforms

For whatever reason, it didn't activate the enhancements in full, graphically speaking (I didn't even have the option to swap from Performance and Ray Tracing). Been a loyal PS Plus subscriber for years, but Xbox Game Pass just blows it out of the water.
The pro's and con's of consoles is another topic, but just solely based on value, Microsoft offers a much better service.
