Well i dont think there will ever be a lawsuit for the headache issue, especially when there is a disclaimer like *supersonicsaga* said.
I mean you can get headaches from watching TV too long, especially being close to the computer monitor and also being on it too long. I haven't seen or heard at the least of any lawsuits for those issues.

PSP with android would be awesome and hopefully FROYO(2.2) so we can use Flash. Let the XMB UI be skinned on top of Android, and have the Android UI be another option.

The main job of "journalists" is to inform the public, and as i see it HHG is doing that. Sure his grammar isn't so great, and the way he provides it might not be for everyone.

I own a HP laptop, and mine is awesome too, had no problems except for heat produced and toshiba's crappy HDD that was in it.
i've had a dv6000 for about 2 and a half years. The only prob i had was with the crappy toshiba hdd they gave it died on me after a year, and no warranty. There is overheating problems. the biggest was like a month ago, i left it one( i think sleep mode) and it warped my plastic that surrounds the LCD screen

I dont see that much of a difference. I mean the bloom effect or whatever is practically gone or at least turned down a bit so it might be that, what is messing with my eyes in the comparison. but there is a bit more of character detail now.
I dont know if they are trying to somehow show industrialization in the fable world and therefore having less color. I dont know :P

Dude that's how technology is. Have you bought a HD tv yet? or are you also complaining that 1080p/720p media content should be able to play on your SD TV just as perfect as it does on HD TV's ?? They aren't forcing you to adapt to this.
Atleast look at it this way they aren't making you buy a new PS3 that is capable of 3D.
And about the glasses, obviously no one wants to use the glasses to be able to see 3D but sadly there are no other options yet.
by the info from PS3center, it seems like an action RPG with cel-shaded graphics. Centers around Nines Asfel and Aisha Romandine his partner, and apparently you can target specific body parts. Sounds pretty awesome to me.

I for sure don't have enough money to spend on 3DTV right now, but i will buy it in time
