Fair enough. In my view, with a lot of open world games priding themselves on making choices and changing the game world, it seemed to me that Fallout 4 (as an example) did not really deliver on those aspects that we expect to see in Fallout or any other RPG for that matter. Undertale was heavily referenced because of its ingenuity, as well as how it was executed which was entirely better than most other games.

That's true, though using traditional RPG elements like leveling and experience is pretty prevalent in any multiplayer game. My thoughts were more centered on the games that pride themselves on being an RPG with dynamic decisions and game-changing choices when that's not really the case.
Don't get me wrong, I love Fallout and Mass Effect and every game that I bashed in that article, but I don't think it's fair to say they're an RPG when they're rea...
SJW game? Do you even know what you're saying? I can understand why some people aren't attracted to the visuals or that the game tries hard to be funny, but nothing else you've said makes sense. It sounds like you either didn't play it at all or couldn't finish it due to some personal qualms you had about the game. However, that's your opinion and it's also your loss, so have fun spewing your negativity everywhere.

Great review. It's not often that critics pick up on all of the intricacies and subtlety that Undertale has hidden away, so this was a refreshing read. I think it hit on all the major points of why Undertale was such a moving title for some and why a lot of others couldn't get behind it (because of its complexity).
Really? I've left my house and played it on the way to my classes without any issue whatsoever. There are several places along the way where I don't get service, but I've not had any problems playing it. I figured it was online-exclusive but never saw any indication of it personally.
