Would love a new Suikoden dedicated to the story line of Pesmerga and Yuber... but Konami hates us....
"You might be wondering what exactly Outward could do that studios like BioWare and CD Projekt RED have yet to do. Nine Dots Studio is bringing local split-screen co-op into its RPG experience. This is something that we have yet to see in an RPG of this magnitude, and it feels like a game changing feature."
Divinity: Original Sin has local split-screen co-op, and it is a fantastic game. Sounds like Outward will be bigger then D:OS but it's certainly not the fi...
Thank you kind sir :)
It's been shipped to stores as of Jan 12th. Should be at retailers this week.
Here's a review / comparison video of a reviewer who's gotten it already.

I'd love to get my hands on that!
Shortly after the launch of the Ps4 Sony recognized that the lower Canadian dollar in comparison to other currencies placed the system and its peripherals at a discount here. With sites offering free shipping it would be in a consumers best interest to buy from Canada and save on their dollar. Total speculation here but I'm pretty sure with Sony's other sectors doing so poorly the company as a whole needed to maximize their revenue, hence the bump in price for Canada.
Has nothing to do with date of release, its just an update on development (no timelines what so ever - just current progress / state). no_more-heroes was probably just playing off Harkins1721 comment on taking their time to do it right.
Apparently 3D XPoint and HBM are targeted for 2 different purposes;
While 3D XPoint has up to 10X the capacity of DRAM it isn’t actually as fast, which in turn makes it significantly slower than HBM. But unlike DRAM and HBM and very much like NAND flash, 3D XPoint retains all the data after power is switched off. So it’s a permanent storage solution like HDDs and SSDs today rather than a temporary storage device like DDR3 and GDDR5 where the data for running applications resi...
I'm curious to see how this stacks up against High-Bandwidth Memory which is already in AMD's GPU's, and have a version of it set to be in Nvidia's new Pascal architecture GPU's.
Both parties need to revisit their time frames and more importantly I think they need to stop announcing games before they are ready. Once they announce a game the media and public jump on it for more information and details, this places an unnecessary stress on deadlines there on out. If your game is good the hype will follow, announcing too early can actually hurt a games production rather then help it and force decisions by devs and publishers they otherwise could have avoided.
The original Suikoden is till this day my favorite RPG ever. I really wish they'd bring back the franchise and elaborate on some of the more mysterious story arc's such as Pesmerga vs Yuber. Their rivalry has always intrigued me.
Console versus PC experience parity aside, I give kudos to this player 'Vajet' for their ability to see the greater goal in place of short term gain.
"Unlike other players trying to maximize their EXP gain by wearing the full EXP item setup, I ran a reduced EXP item setup in order to make the runs faster and more rewarding for the DPS players."
Well done!
As a fan of the series am thrilled to see an HD Remake, equally so however as a fan of the series am feeling slighted that they renewed the license just to come out with an HD Remake rather then a brand new game.
Fans have been asking for an HD Remake for years, and only after the original creators of the series start promoting their own game Eiyuden Chronicles, this remake suddenly gets dropped.
Konami is sitting on a lot of great IP and doing next to nothing with them, rea...
