Good thing IGN sucks. Mass Effect 2 was better than 1 imo, but they can't hold a candle to GTAV.
Vice City, San Andreas and GTA3 all had pretty bad FPS back then if not PC or XBox versions. XD
I expect their PSN counterparts to be sort of alike.
Especially the PSP then ported to PS2, GTA stories games. Not hating!
You just really notice it now cause your eyes have adjusted and on those Liberty/Vice City story ports PSP to PS2 are really noticeable.
What problems?! I played till my PS3 almost exploded. I noticed nothing but awesome.
I do know R* looks in to all problems and releases patches quite often and Sony will be getting in touch of R* if problem escalates.

I downloaded the PSN version and I've noticed no problems at all. The ferris wheel showed up and everything( so no pop in). No freezes for me:D
My friend has the Xbox 360 version. I wont get into it but the ferris wheel had a delay in popping in..lol It don't matter still a great game.

They need to configure the game for all PC users different configurations and hardware. On consoles everything is unified and can be easier to optimize code, QA test and release.
Still, I don't expect GTAV next gen till the GOTY/Complete version releases.
That way no one sues about rebuying DLC and just buy next gen complete version.:P
I'm loving GTAV and I will gladly buy the complete version if it releases on next-gen consoles.

Turok on N64 was a great Dinosaur game.
I especially liked Turok 1 and 2..They were gory awesome for the time.
The wait for the first Turok game was excruciating way back then. This was the first game with a badass bow and arrow.:D
