Bro you need to relax, I don't understand why if KZ looks great it makes you all of a sudden dissapointed with Halo3. Halo3 looks great and we all know it will be fun as hell in the gameplay dept. Also consider that Bungie has been very good by giving the fans so much info over the last yr of Halo3.....of course if KZ is hot right now since everybody's been waiting to see it over the last 2 yrs plus. I have to say the game deserves credit where credit is due and it looked good, although I disagree with alot of the wild predictions from some Sony fans, M$ has a strong library, the best IMO, and they only focused on 2007, so theres alot out there that we haven't seen from both sides, either way I think there are many amazing looking games on both consoles so I'm enjoying the war. Well I don't think it was a bad showing, but it could have definitely been better. M$ admitted the rate is too high and they have identified the problem and implemented a good plan for fixing them. yeah I would say Mass Effect is probably the best looking game so far, but this screen looks pretty damm good, or are you refering to past showings of this game because this screenshot doesn't look meh to me, again I wouldn't say its mind blowing but compared to many other games OUT NOW so far its holding its own and its not finished yet, now when you add the story and all the stuff going on in this game it sounds like alot of fun to me. We'll see how it turns out....I think SK will do fine....
I don't see how you can spin this as bad news, I especially like this part because its good news for those who have to wait for consoles cost to go down before they can enjoy next gen gaming:

I don't see how its "failed"(past tense) already, yes I understand because of its hardware issues you can say it has "failed" so far in that 1 area, but just like anything else, its not over, its fixable. The market isn't standing still, I mean for those who say the 360 is a failure how will you justify that statement "IF" gamers continue to buy/support it?....labeling them all crazy just doesn't cut it...."IF" it continues to have decent sales it must...
M$ did the right thing (finally) and it will pay off in the long run....everyone knew the failure rate was too high and now at least those who really did want a 360 know that they are fixing the problem and "IF" they buy a defective 360 then they will be covered under the new warranty for 3yrs.
IMO...the majority of gamers will still buy the console that has the best exclusives/games they prefer. I don't think this news will really do much to change everyones minds...

Thanks Bungie....I'm not surprise though, but its always good to see visual proof of what you already knew. Some tried to tell me that Halo3 wouldn't look much different from the Beta, the Beta is finished they can't change it much, then the multiplayer maps/players from a couple days ago looked much better and now this amazing "in-game" screenshot. I suggest fanboys who only know how to hate just shut-up now. I mean how do you still keep spewing crap with a screenshot like this ...
Well of course they never should have had a problem in the first place, but hindsight is 20/20, and like I've always said the only thing a company can do about failures is to take steps to fixing the problem, and this is exactly what M$ has done, they're adding the new heatsinks and they are extending the warranty for those with defective consoles. This will at least be a good sign to their fans that they care and don't want them to pay for something thats not their fault.

I agree, but its a matter of taste, therefore its very subjective when you start to talk about who has the best exclusives....if I had to pick, yeah I would go with 360 because I just have to own Halo3, Mass Effect and a few other big ones, as for PS3 I got to play MGS4 but again it depends on each individuals preference, luckily I own both so I don't have to choose.

your starting to sound like a sony fanboy in disguise, either way if you are truly a Halo fan why do you act as if the game has failed or something? Did you play the Beta?...it was alot of fun, I don't think saying that graphics isn't a top priority is helpful because I'm a graphics whore myself, but Halo3 looks great, but its a different style game than KZ, its bright and colorful with the futuristic look, the detail in it is amazing, but because of the style it will never look photo-realis...
