But these updates are making current PS3 owners happy. That does affect the consoles sales to some extent. I know I've been telling all my friends. Most of them seem to think Sony is making their customers happy. Like I said ... it's not going to be a selling point but, it will have some affect on future sales.
I love flying the warhawks with the sixaxis. Banking a hard turn around some canyon wall to avoid missile lock is flat out exhilarating.
have you played a game with the sixaxis? Have you sat down and learned how to use it? I doubt as much. It works well with games regardless of your moronic opinion. Warhawk uses the sixaxis wonderfully.
Flow, Warhawk, lair, Reistance used it nicely, Folklore looks nice too. I'm sure MGS4 will us it well. Some would disagree but, I liked using it in motorstorm too. It's a lot of fun driving like that and adds to the gameplay.
All I'm hearing from this dev is, "we're not creative enough to think of good ways to use the sixaxis."
It can be done and is being done in some instances. I'm sure Killzone will also use the sixaxis as well.
even though they represent the a minority of us, it gives people like marty here ammo.
and the sake of many others, I hope they lower the price soon too.
if Sony made Halo the movie. I would watch it. As long as the didn't butcher it. I swear if they make a movie and I see master cheif's face, I'll walk out of the theater.

people bought PS3's for movies alone. They were the best deal on the market for Blu-Ray for quite some time. With the recent update, they became one of the best players too.
Also ... I along with many other PS3 owners buy blu-ray movies. I have 3 so far.
It's not something that will have hours of playing value. However, this is going to be one hell of a fun game with a couple friends a more then a couple beers.

Sony just released the BEST update yet. I would sacrifice a couple compatible games so that the rest of my games were smoother and looked better. DVD/Media streaming/RGB/TRUE WHITE/ ETC ETC. This is just negative spin on what was otherwise a wonderful thing.
The game is just flat out impressive. Flying the warhawk is just balls to the wall fun. Turbo boosting through a canyon to avoid missle lock. Killer. I too was skeptical. It lost it's single player mode. It's been getting change after change. Possible controversy with Sony. Then I played it. Now I want it.
I'll have to take a break from Warhawk for that.

I think you need HDMI though. I could be wrong. Either way ... it's amazing how much more vibrant and deep the colors are.
If faboys don't get it then great. It's the reason why their console has been criticized for catering to one genre. Go play FPS and let the Sony fans enjoy all the different types of games. After seen the video I've downloaded on my PS3, anyone claiming this game to be ugly or something that isn't innovative is clearly biased. This game is going to rock.
