Why even compare the two? They are two different products. I have both, and use both for 2 different things. While the PSVita is great for gaming, the iPad is great for web surfing, taking notes, use it for my business, edit my photos and etc.

Looks pretty sweet. I got an Xbox this past Christmas, so I'm still finishing playing through Halo 3. Loving the story and the gameplay. Can't wait for Halo 4.
