3ds isnt scheduled for a 2010 release. and currently its an unfinished product. We just saw the beta so it can only get better.

There is no money in the psp the piracy rate is at least triple.
If anything Nintendo won. Piracy will be low for this once they crack the code and start making emulators and cartridges at least 1 year in for that. And then how can you replicate the 3D. they can easily lock games in a blurry mode if its duplicated. Nintendo can do so much with this system.

I still don't have a strong feeling for motion gaming from Sony. it feels like they aren't 100% behind it. Microsoft went all out for its motion system. but Sony doesn't give that vibe. They should be looking for the next best thing like what Nintendo does....

I am 100% sure ds games will work on the 3ds
but i know it wont work vice versa. 3ds games wont work on a regular ds.
I doubt a system that can barely process up to n64 comparable graphics would be able to run any of the new games being developed.
