Yeah what really makes Last of Us, especially the second one, differentiate itself in this department is each kill carries a lot of weight to it. As someone who focuses his limited time on only the best of the best titles, Game Pass is useless to me. Too many gamers have very low standards and are happy with mediocrity game play with terrible stories. For example Jedi Fallen Order had fun game play but the story was so uninteresting that I had zero motivation to grind it out yet user reviews were quite high. I do appreciate the single player focus with no micro transactions though.

I really hope they show footage of either a new IP that has not been revealed yet like GTA 6 or something because if their biggest launch day titles are Last of Us 2 and Ghost of Tsushima then it will be disheartening to say the least. Those are games that will have been completed by most players already.

I played Red Dead after beating RDR2 and that is a mind blowing leap even though red dead 1 was a technical powerhouse for its time.

Well, it's more user-friendly and living room/bedroom compatible than a gaming PC. Not to mention how optimization goes a LOOOOONG way nowadays. I hate to get my hopes up but I'm thinking that at 10-12 tflops it will dish out better looking games at 60 fps than you will see on PC with RTX cards. I mean RDR2 needs medium/high for 60 fps for a $1200 card. What does that tell you? Btw, I'm sure PS5 will be the same story.
