From what I see is that the PS3 has sharper images and better textures but the downfall is that it doesn't look as natural and has alot of jaggies. The 360 may not have better textures but it looks more natural because it isnt too sharp. So they both have ups and downs to each
From what I see...the 360 has better day time scene with a brighter vivid unwashed look but in the tunnel scene...the ps3 is the better unwashed vivid one while the 360 looks washed out...I mean theres both upsides and downsides to each console. Either way, depending on your TV...you can slightly tweak it to your taste.

This should be about consoles vs. consoles but for all you talking crap about PC...I hope this shuts your mouth for good. PC is miles and light years more advanced than consoles. And this is coming from a console fanboy. I have all consoles but it would be just ignorant and naive to pretend that consoles have better graphics than PC's. I wish I had an uber powerful PC, but its too damn expensive...LOL!!!
A. There is not enough space on dvd-9 to make a free roaming sandbox game thats so graphic intensive, there not enough space to put all those textures....with bluray, theres alot of space to put textures, epecially uncompressed.

B. The 360 hardware has been pushed to its limits and the processor cant handle it since it only 3 core and not quad.
But eitherway....the graphics are smoking hot and im gonna get this game....i think it looks even bett...
You can always mod the A.I. like the super hard A.I. mod for crysis ...you can virtually mod everything in crysis with a bit of a little know how. Theres even a mod to put the Portal gun in Crysis.

You all obviously havent played crysis on dx10 3-way sli on ultra high settings with natural mod in it. Its so realistic you feel like youre actually in the jungle about to be attacked by koreans. Especially with the god rays...oh my god....its so amazing.

Even tho im a gears of war fanboy I agree with jaimee fox in that halo saved the xbox...so totally true. Without Halo, there would be no pathway to 360 and no gears of war.
The first halo was a craze and a phenomenon ...its what got most people into 1st person shooters.....its what made 1st person shooters fun. I remember playing with 16 of my friends on system link, its the best fun i can remember. Because:
1. FPS games are getting old and boring, once you played a fps, all of them pretty much is the same.
2. Marcus fenix is way more badass than Nathan hale
3. There are more variety of enemies in GOW2 than R2. MOst of all the enemies in R2 looks the same. Gow2 enemies may not be as big, but its more badass.
4. GOW 2 has more blood and guts which is way cooler plus cool melee attacks that you dont get in r2...
