All you need to do is...
CRUSH YOUR ENEMIES!
SEE THEM DRIVEN BEFORE YOU!
AND HEAR THE LAMENTATIONS OF THE WOMEN!!!

kind of a crappy graph... the description didn't really make much sense either. Anybody wanna try to explain this one?
Seriously? That response was weak. America isn't exactly a "small part of the world", and I'm sure the vast majority of Europe and Japan are keeping up with us just fine (if not doing even better) And considering how much more profitable direct downloads are than having to put everything on a disc, wrap it up and put it in a box, and then transport those boxes all over the place, I don't think companies are gonna stop supporting it any time soon.
Besides, as game siz...
wrong...pretty damn fast. with fiber optics getting installed just about all over the place, and people going from needing a special card or whatever to connect to there being broadband EVERYWHERE in just a couple years...internet speeds are definitely growing at a larger rate than video game sizes.
I meant bad in a good way
well technically it is :)
But look at the progress of internet speeds...how much it has all progressed in just 5 years. (Hell, I think I was still operating on dial-up just 10 years ago) Although I'm a bigger fan of hard copies (which with consoles will probably last at least 10-15 more years in my opinion), I don't think direct downloads are ever gonna disappear. They're here to stay.
Graphically it is extremely innovative. It sets a standard which (hopefully) other companies are going to strive for. Unfortunately, I haven't played it because my PC burned up right before it came out, but if it's even remotely like Farcry (which was very enjoyable), I think I'd want to talk it up too.
I just think it's funny how people always make graphical comparisons between 360 and PS3 to determine game quality, but the second PC games walk into the room, everyone goes, &q...
...and he does bad things!
My first thought went directly to Mistah FAB's Ghost Ride It, just because it had such a big impact on my introduction to college life. Young blood!
When ya got a new car...and ya feelin' like a star...whatcha gonna do? ghost ride it! ghost ride the whip!!!
old enough to have seen the first one when it actually came out...and not see the rest!
Got 10 minutes into playing the first and threw my controller down in exasperation. Meh...just wasn't too fond of them pushing their neo-viking theme too much. (And I guess I kind of sucked at it!)
And the ironic part is that so many of them say, "I don't need a 360 because I can play it's games on the PC" every time exclusives get brought up, yet to the PC they scream, "your game sucks! PS3 is prettier! We haz more art stylez!"
Not saying this is all ps3 fans, but certainly several of the ones that commented on here.
but I'm still waiting to see some actual gameplay. This just slightly reminds me of Oblivion (a shiny coat covering up some really lacking fights)
btw...using a tire as a neck guard is absolutely brilliant!
And from what I've seen in all their podcasts, it will be... then I think this will probably be my MMO of choice for at least 5 years, which is saying a lot considering I only played WoW for 9 months and Guild Wars for 2 years.
What blew me away the most was just that when I was describing the basic premise to a couple of my (not so hardcore) friends that hadn't heard about it yet, and they got really excited about it. THAT'S when you know a game has got a lot of potential to be...
My favorite:
"I am RROD reincarnated in the flesh."
I'm half expecting Will Ferrell to drop in and go "I'm gonna load up my pillowcase with soap bars and beat you with it!" or "I'm gonna rub my ballsack all over your xbox!"
You guys are just a bunch of insensitive bastards! :)
It's still too soon to be quoting such a great hero like that.
The Poolboy that all the housewives want to get their hands on!
...They just can't get enough wii :)
