Kameo was one of the first games I bought for my 360, I was hoping for a new game.

For a console that's still $299 that's not bad, the PS2 was already at $199 at this point in its lifetime. But NPD doesn't cover everything leaving outlets like Amazon, etc out of the picture.

With the world economy still recovering and many nations rioting over rising food prices it's a great idea to release new consoles due to decreased sales. That is the dumbest article idea I've heard in awhile, especially when the PS3 is at $300 and Xbox 360 at $200 - $250.
I share your pain, I have two sections on my shelves for games. One side is for games that I have completed 100%, the other side is for games that I'm still playing my way through.

Hey the Japanese just take longer to make their games this generation, look at Gran Tourismo 5, The Last Guardian, Resonance of Fate, Lost Odyssey, etc.
