You can see how consoles dictated many game design aspects (so they dont design things twice over; like maps, assets (additional) etc). They are doing damage control because it is true.
Consoles were a huge limiting factor from the very start of designing this game. They knew they couldnt go over the top like real PC exclusives usally do.

look like shit versus a pc on med and higher settings.
Def would recommend to play the PC version instead if possible, just from the review I can see they stripped like 70% on the content in some areas (not even bsing)so it looks pretty bland and boring.
PC felt alive compared to the console imo.
Its just casual elements like the flashlight, sun light, bloom, and the stupid scope reflection that reflects reguardless of sun direction (inside or outside; etc etc etc the bullshit never ends).
