Well I was just labeling other possibilities, fat-fetched as they may seem we really don't know how great a game will be until it's actually released.
The Beta was so finalized that it gave the impression of a complete game so I can't fault people too much. On top of that was Bungie themselves saying "maybe" when they were asked about it.

The PS4 was "totally worth owning" on the day of its release. The combination of new games, prettier games, free to play games and sharing features all made it worth owning right away to me.

There's some crazy high quality 3D stuff out there for those in to it. There are Final Fantasy that seem to have had huge budgets. The Rikku one and the Dalmascan Night one instantly come to mind.
I wouldn't waste time with these mods if the end goal is just having something to jerk to, lol, there's way too much porn in the world.
I'm not super impressed with the models themselves, just with the idea that a modder did this. The only thing that really stood out to me is were the skin textures on the hands when close up. Other than that I've just seen too many amazing looking upcoming games in the last year or so. It's harder to blow me away.

Cooperative story mode.
It's an online only game where randoms pop in to your game space and can either help you along or do their own thing. It's refreshing, similar to an mmo yet more personal because of the much smaller number of players. It's a lot easier make a quick friend.

I bought the first Assassins Creed the day it came out but I don't recall any special CGI video in its reveal/marketing. Is it really that wee-known/remembered to be calling it "famous"?

It was pretty well done in my opinion, they just need to tweak how over powered some moves are in the crucible as well as that big inceptor(?) ship on the moon level that was like having a rocket launcher with endless ammo.
I was just giving reason to why some might have believed we would actually keep those characters but I really would like to know how my statement is "ridiculous".
