I think this patent is completely just to halter natal. You can hold things but now M$ can't suggest holding things without violating sony patent/paying royalties.
this was something that was a selling point with the PSEye.
I wonder if by patenting this will they cause hiccups in certain dev ideas about natal, like hold this thing and it will be something in the game.

It pisses me off when devs try to make up fake excuses as to why they charge for new characters. We ALL know they're gonna release more through DLC and we all know it was their plan from the start.
SCIV got away with charging $5 for a character that was %100 on disc and they've lead the trend of what going to keep happening this gen. We'll praise free DLC even though it actually SHOULD be free anyways.

No, as far as I can remember ALL GT games have have been polished to perfection before release and we were told a looong time ago that the reason prologue was being released was because the full game was so far off.
It'll be out in less than a year, if it makes it out this year all the better.

If it was anywhere near a complete they would've said something at E3, leaked rumor not. I still don't think a PS3 Slim is coming anytime soon, especially this year. Hopefully it's mentioned at TGS so we can finally have sony confirmation of the rumors.
I have a 80Gb model with BC but im still upset that my old fatty stopped reading disc, and i mean period, no disc read error because it doesn't know a disc is even in the drive apparently. All was good until i left it in storage for about a year, my fault really, climate and all.

This actually increased my interest in this game from, "absolutely not going to buy it" to "I'll try out the demo and see who on my friends list picked it up"

That patent is just ridiculous, there should be technology related to patents because the ability to patent an idea limits everyone. Why should I pay royalties to "that guy" just cause he thought of riding a treadmill to power a generator first? He should only be able to patent idea technological method of doing so.

I look at my bubbles, ignored by and tracked by status ALL the time. My bubbles took less than a day to drop from 9 to 5, it might've happened in under an hour but yesterday was the last time im positive i looked at it.

I had the idea that maybe you loose a bubble every time a mod deletes your post but that doesn't make sense because tons of people (trolls) get multiple deletions daily and they aren't all at 0.
