I know there's an exclusivity deal with this game but that statement makes me think it might be a timed exclusive.

I do like the objectives being written on the walls/backgrounds, it's just like the episode titles for "Heroes" which is pretty cool.
If enough people are complaining about you to where you end up getting banned then you're obviously doing something wrong. PSN is Sonys service, they can ban anyone they want and they don't charge you for the service so how can you sue for money?

I never really checked trophies before until i got inFamous and then BlazBlue. i just like to check once in a while to see how far along i am compared to my friends that have those same games.
There was a comparison article like last week or the week before comparing live and psn and they had trophy sync at like 27 or 37 seconds, in-game. I get no where near that amount of time, more like 8 to 13 seconds. What are you guys doing different?
That menu is news to me though, i guess it's been a while since i've had to force my ps3 to its default settings, which is where this menu now pops up.

I'm saying that holding a demo back 1 week doesn't matter in the slightest. If I want to play the demo i'll simply wait a week or more than a week if i so choose.
It's not a real benefit. All you get is the bragging rights of talking to your friends about playing a demo early when most of them probably have 360s anyway. And as AridSpider claim, PS3 owners don't care as much for the game anyways AND those that do care pre-order it and THEY get a better demo then xbox live gold mem...

They must be pretty confident that they revitalized the series to do something like this since if it feels like more of the same or bad it will hurt sells big time.

People interested in PS3s should really look through the types of bundles they have. There is or has been a different bundle type for any interest or genre a gamer might prefer which softens the impact of the "high cost"
When I got mine there it was the MotorStorm bundle but at the time i was also able to get the 5 blu-ray movie mail-in. It had the card readers and some B/C too so it was a perfect time for me and the price was beyond justified.
