Well I think something to remember is that this game will most likely continue to do well in sells even after the 1st few weeks/months. As more people get new systems they are goin to be looking for good games that are already out. For the 360 that be games like gow, halo, bioshock and mass effect. For the ps3 you have uncharted, mgs and r&c. Both systems have cod4, gh3 and soon gta.

@deeznuts I agree that be nice to see the break down of it. I know that ign uk ran a poll not to long ago about what system they were buying gta4 for. I was a bit surprised that the 360 won I think it was like 63% for 360 and 37% for the ps3. The numbers might be off but not takin the time to look it up.

Those are the numbers given by MS and sony so where do you get 12 million from or is that a guess as to how many copies gta4 will sell ?
I played NGB on the xbox and towards the end it got insanely hard in a few spots. I never played NGS but heard they actually made it a lot easier. Isnt that a scary thought.
Btw if you like hard games might want to give conan a try. Its not NG hard but it can be a bit of a challenge. Its basically a rip off of god of war (not as good as gow tho)
Took what 3 or 4 years to get ported to the ps. You really want to wait that long to play it ?

Your wrong no exclusive ps3 DLC has been announced. There have been a few rumors about it but none of them from any credible site and none of them have any kind of source credible or other.
If funny to me how people go on and on about how gta4 will be compatible with home when home could very well take longer then the DLC
@juuken I didnt for forget about them I dont care for shooters and ps3 exclusive lineup is almost exclusively shooters. As for LBP its a nice idea but it looks boring as hell.

I agree the psn isnt crap the few times I used it it worked fine. However it doesnt have nearly the features that XBL has. I buy all my online games for the 360 not cause XBL is better then the psn but cause all my friends own 360 and only a couple of them have ps3.
People seem to forget that GTA4 is the 1st GTA to be online. Not only is it online but it has 15 different modes. Everyone saying no one will be playing GTA in a few weeks is fooling their self. CoD4 been out 5 months and people still play that everyday for hours at a time Halo 3 been out 7 month and people play that just as much. I agree competition is good and that one reason I think its great to see the ps3 doin so poorly(compared to the ps1 & 2). Not only giving the 360 room to grow and improve but its really going to knock sony off that high horse they were on. Leading into this gen. There are a lot of things I think sony did wrong leading into this gen and with the ps3. Hopefully cause of competition they will fix them and make a even better product (ps4) next gen.
