FF12 was mediocre trash, it got a 7.5 userscore on metacritic for a reason. It was the first time in the series they couldnt give a shit about the story, the story was mediocre at best. It's character's werent even that great only Basch and Balthier were carrying it, not to mention the MMO gameplay and the weakest music in the series.
Im glad FF7 was FF7 and not that thing called Xenogears, phew history was almost changed in that instance. Im glad Sakaguchi said no to Takahashi's draft of FF7, and instead went with his own, Kitase's, Nomura's and Nojima's ideas.
I find metacritic mostly accurate in general. It's just edgy people who cant accept that a review aggregate site is far more reliable and accurate than 1 individual reviewer.
agreed, metacritic is accurate for the most part. Some people just cant accept facts.
I'd argue fan reviews are just as important as critic reviews, when they both align, thats when you know a games great.

exactly, Druckmann and Straley are better writers. This is shown in the Last of Us, and Uncharted 2 was so good because THEY worked on it together with her, whilst on 3 she was on her own.

Rafe was awesome. Best Uncharted villain imo. Also, I loved the flashback sequences to the boarding school, gave his character more depth. Speak for yourself.
